Data sources
These are the official websites we rely on. When a university's data goes live on Apna Merit, the exact prospectus, notice or merit list we used appears in the third column with the date we checked it. Each closing-merit row on the site also links to its own source document.

What we do not use
We do not copy figures from other merit-list websites, social media posts or coaching academies. If a number is not in an official document, it is not on Apna Merit.
Reusing our data
Our data is free to reuse under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence (CC BY 4.0). Please credit "Apna Merit (apnamerit.com)" and link to the page you used. How we collect and check each figure is explained in our methodology.
Found a newer or better source?
If a university has published a newer merit list or a corrected document, please tell us through the contact page. We review it within 48 hours.
