The COMSATS (CUI) aggregate = 50% NTS NAT test + 40% Intermediate (FSc) + 10% Matric, for both engineering and other bachelor's programs, per the COMSATS UG Prospectus 2024-25. Engineering also needs at least 33% in NTS. Example: 60% in NAT, 950/1100 FSc and 1000/1100 Matric give 73.64%. Official source

How is the COMSATS aggregate calculated?
COMSATS University Islamabad (CUI) admits students on open merit with one weightage for engineering and non-engineering bachelor's programs, set on page 44 of its UG Prospectus 2024-25 (the latest undergraduate prospectus on COMSATS' own server):

Architecture and design programs
B. Design, B. Fine Arts and Bachelor of Interior Design use 30% past academics and NTS (Matric 3%, Intermediate 12%, NTS 15%) plus 70% creative aptitude test. B. Arch uses Matric/O level 5%, Intermediate/A level 10%, NTS 10%, departmental creative aptitude test 40% and interview 35%. This calculator covers the standard 10/40/50 formula only.
Does COMSATS publish a closing merit?
Yes, per campus and intake. The COMSATS merit list page has every official figure we hold: Lahore campus Fall 2026 (BS Computer Science closed at 85%, Software Engineering 82%) and Islamabad campus Spring 2025 (Computer Science 88.26%).
